The demands of the neurotypical world are not always a good match for autistic people. You are the one who pays the toll with your self-esteem and mental health.

Counselling can help! We take the time to listen and understand your unique situation. We don’t impose any solutions but help you to tailor strategies that suit your needs and align with your values. We support you to take committed action to change what is within your control.
